Artist statement for traffic jam
In this artwork, due to the survey my pesona gave the statement that penang roads are hectic and known for the traffic jam. Red colour roads shows that the angriness or tension of the road users due to the traffic jam. Confusing road designs defines when the roads are jam, we will feel like the road is long way to go and take longer time to reach our destination. So it would be confusing when we diverting the road and finding for shortcuts to avoid the jam will make us feel confused.
Artis Statement
In 1st artwork, I used the fame of penang(bridge) and historical building as vectors.
And the lamp infront and a person is see through it defines about my survey. When i asked
my friends about the about penang, most of them are not familiar or never been to penang before this.
So the lamp and and the person represents the people that never been to penang before this. Knowledge is power just to communicate with people that knowledge is important in this world !
